Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Police has arrested petitioner at Banjari More only due to the reason that the truck was standing near his garage. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.04.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42800 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018.
