The petitioner, who is in custody since 19.08.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail for the offences alleged under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 190 of 2017 having earlier been rejected by order dated 15.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 1913 of 2018.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
