Victim has been taken away by the petitioner no.1 along with his wife, who is still traceless.
That being so, prayer for bail of petitioner no.1 is rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer after recovery of the victim. So far petitioner no.2, Kamlesh Paswan is concerned, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No.294 of 2017 arising out of Sasaram (Agrer) P. S. Case No.565 of 2017.
