Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though there is case and counter case, the petitioner allegedly caused injury with Dab (a sharp cutting weapon) at the head of Anu Kumari. The Doctor has found incise wound on vertex of head of Anu Kumari caused by sharp cutting weapon. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44321 of 2018(2) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 pending in connection with Kalayanpur Police Station Case No.138 of 2017, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
