JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.A) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent authority to immediately make payment of all outstanding dues of the petitioners on the head of salary with due interest for the period of 36 months (August-94 to August-97) during which petitioners had served as Safai Karamchari to the best of ability and sincerity but the salary of the petitioner for the aforesaid period has been not paid to him despite his all possible efforts.
B) For issuance of a consequential writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the
Patna High Court CWJC No.25781 of 2013(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 name of petitioners in future employment of Nagar Parishad, Samastipur with age relaxation considering his long unblemished service period in the Nagar Parishad, Samastipur since August-94 to August-97 without any complain."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
