Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition has been filed to set aside the Memo No.1018, dated
3/4 31.08.2015, declining the claims of the petitioners for absorption at par with Panchayat Shiksha Mitra who later on absorbed as Panchayat Teacher represented before the Prinicipal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar and further to grant the petitioners same and similar treatment as Panchayat Shiksha Mitra or the equally situated persons/employee in consonance with the order dated 30.11.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.1109 of 2017 and affirmed by the Court in LPA No.637 of 2019, in view of the procedure laid down for appointments in the same cadre, grade & class under the State of Bihar and for other necessary relief(s) in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already moved before the concerned respondent and had filed representation but till date no order has been passed.

Considering the reliefs sought by the petitioners, petitioners are directed to file a fresh detailed representation along with a copy of this order and other supporting documents, before the respondent no.2 within a period of one month from today and the respondent no.2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners and dispose of the representation of the
4/4 petitioners after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioners.

It is made clear that respondent no.2 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated time.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
