Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only because he is father-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner or his family member never demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased. As a matter of fact, the deceased was mentally disturbed lady and due to quarrel with her mother-in-law, she hanged herself in her house. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 11.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
