2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 341, 504, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation of causing gun shot injury to the informant is against co-accused Gajendra Yadav. Allegation of abusing the informant is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. Co-accused, with similar allegation, have already been allowed pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 13613 and 12740 of 2024.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19500 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Masaurhi in Dhanarua Police Station Case No. 675 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
