JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner No.2, Nand Kishore Manjhi. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard both sides.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter Meera Devi has been married to the petitioner No.2 Nand Kishore Manjhi 13 years ago but all the accused persons killed his daughter on 18.3.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27044 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 It is submitted that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against them. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, named above, except petitioner No.2, are directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order, in connection with Taraiya P.S.Case No. 56 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
