The petitioner seeks bail in Hathua P.S. Case No. 294 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner with the help of his associates killed the brother of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is evident that a vague suspicion has been alleged against the petitioner and informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence.
