Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 21.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46594 of 2017, with direction to the learned court below that once the charge sheet is submitted in this case and nothing is found against the petitioner, the court below will release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction, however, it appears that the petitioner had moved before the learned court below but the same was rejected on the ground that he is a member of the banned organization.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody for more than four months and no any incriminating article has

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rakesh Kumar, Sub Judge IV, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S.case No.137 of 2014 with condition that he will appear before the local police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of one year so that the police may watch is conduct, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
