JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 14.10.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 26747/2020.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 1.9.2021 it appears that cognizance of the offence has already been taken on 8.3.2021 and production warrant has been issued to the accused persons for commitment of the case.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 19.8.2019, let the trial be concluded as early as possible.
