Learned counsel for the State submits that issue raised in the writ petition is alleging irregularity in the matter of selection of Angan Bari Sevika for Centre No 210 in the district of Patna. The petitioner has not availed of the remedy before the Authority under the Guidelines.

Since objection regarding alternative remedy has been raised by the learned counsel for the State, this Court would observe that in case the petitioner approaches the Authority under the Guidelines raising the issue of selection within a
