The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the accused persons killed the son of the informant by hanging.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 12.12.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. General and omnibus
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15380 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 allegation has been made against the twelve accused persons including the petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners nor any specific injury is attributed against the petitioners.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S. case No.186 of 2019.
