JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Perused the letter no. 828 dated 13.10.2017 of Sri Radheyshyam Shukla, the Additional District & Sessions Judge6th, Muzaffarpur. The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-6th has sought further four months time to dispose of Sessions Trial No. 304 of 2017 arising out of Kurhani (Turki) P.S. Case No. 300 of 2014 stating therein that 12 witnesses have already been examined including one I.O. and rest Medical Officer, one another I.O. and two witnesses are still to be examined.

Under the circumstances, further four months time is granted to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-6th to dispose of Sessions Trial No. 304 of 2017 arising out of Kurhani (Turki) P.S. Case No. 300 of 2014.
