2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 Arms Act.

3. One revolver looted from the police has been recovered from the petitioner, who is in jail since 12.11.2023. The petitioner is accused in five more cases.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
