Case No.01 of 2010 instituted under Sections-302, 341, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention to the fact that after completion of investigation the police submitted final report, which was accepted by the Court after notice to the informant as apparent from Annexure-2. Thereafter, police has got the case reopened under Section-173 (8) of the Cr.P.C., as such the petitioner has apprehension of arrest. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Gyan Kumar alias Kunwar shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
