JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the provisional list of candidates for the post of clerk as piece wage worker under the Directorate of Chakbandi.

By filing interlocutory application, petitioner has placed on record final list of the candidates for contractual employment dated 12.11.2014.

It is submitted by State counsel that by interlocutory application, petitioner has sought quashing of final list without impleading the candidates and as such writ petition is not maintainable. It is also submitted that the petitioner's application
