Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 22.01.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 45175/2021. On last occasion, vide order dated 13.04.2022, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case has been committed to the court of Sessions.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2021, having clean antecedent, and there is no adequate progress in the trial. Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above
