The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- " 1. That the present writ petition is being preferred for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on Class-III and Class-IVth post at Kaímur, Bhabhua after setting aside the Annexure-11 & 11A, for which the petitioner had also come before this Hon'ble Court and thereafter the petitioner approached the

Patna High Court CWJC No.25515 of 2013(3) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 departmental authorities, so that the appointment letter be issued in terms of the government circular as well as directions issued by this Hon'ble Court as well as the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of similarly situated compassionate ground appointments."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua who is the Chairman of the District Establishment Committee for compassionate appointment of the district of Kaimur at Bhabua, by filing appropriate representation. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
