The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.04.2015 passed by the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Sessions Trial No. 461 of 2011 arising out of Sangrampur P.S. Case NO. 36 of 2005 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 376 and 452/34 of the Indian Penal Code whereby and whereunder the petition dated 03.01.2012 under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge has been dismissed.

As per the learned counsel for the petitioner, with the passage of time between 2015 - 2023 lots of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27036 of 2015(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 water was flown down in the ganges and the matter has now become infrucutous.
