The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents authorities and particularly the Principal, Mahendra Mahila College, Gopalganj (Respondent No. 4) to accept the security amount of 3% of the project work as demanded by the respondent no. 4 through letter no. G.235 dated 21.12.2011.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 4 makes statement at the Bar that the work in question has since already been completed and as such, the prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition has become infructuous.
