Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on the disclosure of the co-accused persons. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31366 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 petitioners. The alleged recovery is from the vehicles with which petitioners have no concern. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
