2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023 arising out of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 670 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 458, 376, 511, 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of putting vermilion on the forehead of the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 01.12.2023. He is a young boy of 19 years old.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for regular

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO)-cum-7th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with /POCSO P.S.
