To quash the selection of respondent no.10 running at Sl.No.2 in the merit list prepared for the appointment of Anganwari Sevika for the Anganwari

Patna High Court CWJC No.15483 of 2014(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/3 Centre- Hanuman Nagar Chaura, Panchayat Maheshua, Ward No.20, District-Madhepura because of the fact that the petitioner has more 'Medha Mark' than the respondent no.10 when she will provide '7' bonus mark on the basis of her Maulvi examination (Intermediate equivalent).

ii. To direct the concerned respondents to add '7' bonus mark in the 'Medha mark' of the petitioner on the basis of the Maulvi degree and consequently appoint her on the post of Anganwari Sevika for the Anganwari Centre-Hanuman Nagar Chaura, Panchayat- Maheshua, Ward No.20, DistrictMadhepura. iii. To pass such other order or orders as the petitioner entitled to in law."

Shri Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel, who is present in Court and normally appears before us, is requested to appear and argue in the matter for the nominated counsel is not present. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's representation (Annexure-5, page 20) is yet pending with respondent No.5, namely, the District Magistrate, Madhepura.

Well, we are not sure of such submission, but be that as it may, if the representation dated 26th of June, 2014 is yet pending, the same be positively considered and decided expeditiously, within a period of four weeks from today.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15483 of 2014(2) dt.22-11-2022 3/3 Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.

Shri Pankaj Kumar undertakes to communicate the order to respondent No.5, namely, the District Magistrate, Madhepura within next two days.
