.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance:
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Girish Chandra Jha, Advocate. For the Opposite Party/s : Mrs. Sahin Begum, A.P.P. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 Heard both sides.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The informant made a very specific allegation that the petitioner killed his wife due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and concealed her dead body. It is submitted that the case is compromised. Be that as it may, the petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and there is a very specific allegation against him. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Jalley P.S. Case No. 55 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
