The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 304 (B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased.

The allegation is that the accused persons killed the informant's daughter Radha Devi and burnt her body in haste to hide the evidence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parents-in-law live separately and no one has seen the occurrence. In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Their prayer for grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25054 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail, the same would be disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
