The petitioner seeks bail in Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 199 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, one looted mobile phone of the informant was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2020 and has three criminal antecedents.
Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
