10-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Government Official Case No. 226 of 2012 registered under Section 47(A) and F of the Excise Act for alleged recovery of 80 litres of illicit liquor kept in four plastic gallons and other thing.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Sajo Manjhi, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada, in connection with Government Official Case No. 226 of 2012, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
