Case No. 202 of 2014 instituted under Sections 341, 342, 323, 406, 420, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that informant is land broker and want to trap valuable land of the petitioners by filing criminal cases. In the First Information Report though it is mentioned that there was an agreement to sell, no such document has ever been produced either before the police or along with the First Information Report. P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
