The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 5 bottles (each containing 180 ml.) and 15 bottles (each containing 180 ml.) of royal stag were recovered from the house of Sudhir Sada and Raj Jai Ram respectively. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 15.09.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52699 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge 7th -cum- Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017.

Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in similar nature of case then the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
