Patna High Court CWJC No.8969 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 we have disposed of today with a direction that no coercive action shall be taken until the decision of the waiver petition filed by the petitioner before the Commercial Taxes Tribunal in Appeal No. 22 of 2016 is taken.

In the above circumstances, the present writ application is also disposed of in terms of the order passed today in C.W.J.C. No.8967 of 2016.
