Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,364,372 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. alleged kidnapping by the petitioner. However, perusal of the entire statement, it appears that she had gone with the petitioner at several places without making any protest. Hence, the matter appears to be of some previous affairs between the two. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41798 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nanpur Police Station Case No.19 of 2015, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
