Petitioner is an accused in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 475 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to enmity. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
