JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2025 It transpires during the course of argument that petitioner remains in custody for about nine months before releasing on provisional bail, where the petitioner is facing accusation qua defalcation of Rs.9,90,000/- being nominated Ward Sachiv of Ward No.5, Gram Panchayat Sindhuar, BlockDaudnagar and work execution completed almost.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial of this case is at advanced stage.

3. Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State has filed a counter affidavit, which is available on record.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and advanced stage of trial, the provisional bail as granted to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22391 of 2024(14) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 petitioner vide order dated 10.09.2024 is hereby confirmed with same bailors and bonds.
