JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Protest-cum-Complaint Case No. 1461 of 2005 registered under Sections-418, 460 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is obvious from the submissions as well as materials, available on record that petitioner was earlier on bail but his bail bond was cancelled on 03-12-2013 and after that, he never surrendered before the court below and chose to file anticipatory bail petition before the Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28016 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 Judge as well as before this court.

It is obvious from the aforesaid facts that petitioner is trying to misuse the process of law and therefore, the conduct of the petitioner is not appreciable. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed being not maintainable.
