That aspect of the matter can be agitated both before the Bank as well as the Provident Fund Officers and they will give a clear answer to the petitioner with regard to the payment already made and the expectation of the petitioner in this regard. The Court will not go into that aspect at this stage. So far as other post retiral dues of the petitioner are concerned, the Bank will strictly go by the directive given in the case
