The petitioner has been in custody since 04.05.2018 in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413/420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested on the basis of suspicion and, thereafter, because of not producing any paper regarding the motorcycle which he was riding, the petitioner has been taken into custody and he has one other antecedent in which the petitioner has already been granted bail. It is further submitted that the seizure-list clearly reveals that he was just one of the persons sitting on the motorcycle.
