The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.238 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 337 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even if entire allegations made in the first information report are believed to be true, no case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code would be made out. It is further submitted that the injuries found on the person of the informant were all simple and superficial in nature.

Regard being had to the submissions made above, the petitioner, a lady, having no criminal antecedent, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42845 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.238 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
