JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2022 Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake, the present application has been filed. The petitioner had no knowledge that earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was filed vide Cr.Misc.No.19957 of 2018, in which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the same, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. case No.535/2017 (G.O. case No.1897/2017) pending in the court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court (Excise Act), Darbhanga.

Permission is accorded.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
