The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted by iron rod on the head of wife of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged occurrence took place on 27.05.2020, but F.I.R. has been lodged belatedly on 15.06.2020 without there being any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 19.11.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 86 of 2020.
