The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 869 of 2021 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal lodged on 29.10.2021 by Om Prakash Singh.

In this case, a report was called for on 22.03.2023 which has since been received, according to which, cognizance has been taken in the matter and presently, the case is running at the stage of evidence and two prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail which is accordingly, rejected.
