JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the marriage of the victim was solemnized with Jai Chandra Ram in the year 2007 and after some times, accused persons demanded dowry and when the demand was not fulfilled, they killed the victim. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26968 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur, petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is Gotni of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and property with the husband of the deceased and have no concerned with the affair of the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2014 on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
