The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From outside the house of the petitioner, liquor was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. The place of recovery is accessible by others also.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
