JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 4, District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas that if the petitioner offers explanation as well as accounts for the so called unaccounted amount of Rs. 2,04,461/- which is the figure worked out after physical verification done by the Assistant Engineer, the left over amount and the claim of the petitioner would be released and ordered to be paid within a period of three months thereof. A sum of Rs. 1, 58, 139/- has already been ordered to be paid to the petitioner as far back as on 25.07.2013 which is evident from Annexure-C to the show cause filed therein. Patna High Court CWJC No.11096 of 2012 (5) dt.14-01-2015 Rohtas will endeavour to resolve the issue since the petitioner is a retired employee of 2009 and enough time has already elapsed in this controversy.
