Although the petitioner has questioned the ballot papers cast in the election of Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Raj Chhanaut in the District of Nawada on its validity but when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr. Manglam seeks liberty for the petitioner to raise such issues at the stage of counting before the Returning Officer. The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty so prayed accordingly.
