The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The District Magistrate, Patna appointed the brother of the petitioner as her legal guardian and he has already issued certificate to this effect on the basis of which the State Bank of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5689 of 2019(7) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 India has also opened account in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner has already submitted account No. before the Registrar, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. It is also admitted that petitioner being a disabled person is entitled to get family pension after death of her father, Rajendra Prasad Sharma.

Considering the facts aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to credit the family pension and its arrears in the account of petitioner, which has already been sanctioned by the competent authority, within one month from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
