This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 29 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail is dismissed.
