2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to file modification application for two causes, firstly, to correct the cause title of the bail application at the appropriate place and, secondly, due to which in the cause title of the order dated 15.06.2023, the same has been typed.

3. Learned counsel has pointed out that name of the father of the petitioner has been incorrectly typed as Muneshwar Rai in place of Bhuneshwar Rai.

4. Prayer is allowed. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is permitted to file modification
