2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 399 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 409, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused, including officials of Tamanne Automobiles, is that they allegedly conspired with regional officers and RSM Amit Sinha to obtain loans in the names of fictitious persons using forged documents. The total amount involved is Rs. 1,70,46,195/-.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2025. During the investigation, sufficient materials have come to

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
